50% of total reservation will be required at time of reservation and the rental balance is due 2 days prior to arrival. In the event of a last minute reservation, please note you will see two charges on your statement each for 50% of the entire reservation.
Our cancellation policy is flexible. There is a 100% refund up to 2 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 1 day before arrival on stays of less than 30 days. Stays of 30 days or greater will be refunded as follows: Firm – 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
Yes. Each of our properties include all fresh linens and bath towels.
Most of our homes have an elevator. If this is an absolute need, please inquire prior to booking.
Yes, of course! Free wifi is available in every home. The password will be available via a QR code.
No, we do not allow pets. Please be sure to adhere to our pet policy to not incur any additional charges- Unauthorized pets will be charged a minimum of $200.
